04Good experiences begin with the details being discussed. Share your idea and we will shape a plan around the celebration.
The date, venue, guest count and atmosphere you have in mind. Even a small idea is enough to start.
Agree on the booth, visual design, print or video choices and service hours in a written scope.
Plan the setup and event flow, then make room for yourself in the picture with your guests.
Choosing a booth, finding the space, planning prints and the event itself. Start with a few useful details.
Start with the atmosphere, venue layout and kind of keepsake you want. Explore curtain or white booths for an enclosed photo area, or oval, mirror and chrome options for an open corner. We can consider the final choice alongside the practical conditions.
A design can incorporate names, a date, event colours or brand details. Artwork, print size, approval and scope are agreed when preparing the proposal.
The space depends on the chosen setup. Alongside the booth, consider where guests approach and wait; a 360 platform also needs clearance for the camera arm. We can clarify measurements using the venue plan.
Share the date, city or venue, event type, approximate guest count and preferred service hours to start. Print, video and personalisation choices then help define the written scope and price.
You can see outdoor examples in the galleries. A new installation requires consideration of the ground, power, shelter from rain and wind, and an alternative position. Suitability depends on the venue and selected equipment.
Prints and props are experience details that can be planned alongside the selected booth. Available options, print quantity, design and operating hours are stated in the proposal.
Tell us the date, the place and a little of what you imagine. Let’s decide which booth brings it to life.
